Instant Pot Ribs

With this Instant Pot Ribs recipe, you can have "fall off the bone" ribs with ease. Perfect for watching the game or your next party.  Everybody loves ribs!

Ingredients

  • 1 rack of baby back pork ribs
  • 1/4 C brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 C Chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Remove the lining from the bottom side of the ribs.
  2. Combine the brown sugar, Dried Oregano, White pepper, paprika, salt, Thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, and cayenne pepper in a small dish.
  3. Stir to mix all of the seasonings together.
  4. Rub this all over the ribs.(both sides)
  5. Put the metal rack in your pressure cooker.
  6. Carefully place your seasoned ribs inside the pot.
  7. Stand the ribs on their side.
  8. Carefully fitting the ribs around the inside of the pot.
  9. Next carefully pour in chicken broth
  10. Keep the liquid away from the ribs not to remove any of the seasonings on the ribs.
  11. Secure the lid, ensure the vent is closed.
  12. Press the Meat button, setting for 25 minutes.
  13. Allowing the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes.
  14. Next quick release the all of the way.
  15. Carefully remove the ribs from the pressure cooker.
  16. Transfer the ribs to a parchment lined baking sheet.
  17. Place the baking sheet under the broiler( on high) for 5 minutes. (Check often so they don't burn)
