Zesty Air Fryer Shrimp Salad

Did you know that February is Heart Health Month? Celebrate by trying out this Zesty Air Fryer Shrimp Salad! Shrimp is Air Fried to crispy perfection and served on a bed of romaine lettuce with fresh tomatoes, croutons and caesar dressing.

  • 1/2 lb medium sized shrimp peeled and veined
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1 tbsp Mazola Corn Oil
  • 1/4 cup romaine lettue
  • cherry tomatoes to taste
  • croutons to taste
  • 2 tbsp caesar vinaigrette dressing


  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 375 degrees

  2. Peel and vein shrimp (if needed)

  3. Coat Shrimp evenly with Mazola Corn Oil

  4. Add Garlic and Onion Salt until coated evenly.

  5. Cook in Air Fryer for 5 minutes.

  6. Place on top of romaine lettuce and garnish with tomatoes and croutons.

  7. Add dressing of choice (I use Caesar Dressing).
