This Air Fryer Corn On The Cob is one of the easiest recipes I've ever made! Tender, sweet corn is roasted perfectly in your Air Fryer with only about 2 minutes of prep work! No firing up your grill, preheating your oven or boiling your water. This recipe is Keto, Whole30, Gluten Free and Dairy Free. You'll never cook corn the same way again!

Ingredients

  • 4 Cobs of Corn Peeled and Scrubbed
  • 1/4 tsp of Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp of Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp of Salt
  • 1/4 tsp of Pepper
  • Olive Oil Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 390 Degrees

  2. Prepare Corn by removing husk, washing and scrubbing.

  3. Spray cobs evenly with Olive Oil Cooking Spray. If you don't have a cooking spray, you can brush it on.

  4. Mix together seasonings and sprinkle on corn, making sure it is distributed evenly.

  5. Cook in Air Fryer for 12-14 minutes, turning over halfway through. You'll know corn is done when it is nice and golden and JUST starting to get a bit charred on the ends.
