One Sweet Potato
Ghee with Vanilla

Instructions
Slice the sweet potato into thin slices. About 1/4 inch think. Sweet potatoes can be hard to slice, I've found that it is good to use a serrated knife to get nice, thin and even slices. Just put these slices into a toaster until they are completely cooked through and a little brown on each side. Once they are out of the toaster, just slather the ghee on them and then sprinkle cinnamon onto them. After that... enjoy.
