Paleo Sweet Potato Toaster Slices

Looking for some recipes ideas for quick and easy snacks for your on the go lifestyle? This yummy treat has just a couple of ingredients and is totally whole 30 and Paleo compliant.  I often love to just whip this up for breakfast! 

Ingredients

  • One Sweet Potato
  • Ghee with Vanilla
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Slice the sweet potato into thin slices.  About 1/4 inch think.  Sweet potatoes can be hard to slice, I've found that it is good to use a serrated knife to get nice, thin and even slices.  Just put these slices into a toaster until they are completely cooked through and a little brown on each side.  Once they are out of the toaster, just slather the ghee on them and then sprinkle cinnamon onto them.  After that... enjoy.
