This Buffalo Chicken Instant Pot Recipe is quick, easy and can be used in lots of different ways. Give your next dinner or appetizer an extra kick with this Buffalo Chicken that you can make in your pressure cooker.
Add and heat the olive oil. Add the onion, salt and garlic. Stirring often, cook 2-3 minutes, or until translucent.
Add your chicken and cook 2-3 minutes or until brown on both sides.
Add chicken broth and hot sauce and stir.
Lock the lid on your Instant Pot and set to high pressure and cook for 15 minutes. Release pressure naturally for 10 minutes and release remaining pressure.
Shred chicken with a fork. Drain sauce and set aside.
