Honey Mustard Spare Ribs

Fire up the summer with these delicious Honey Mustard Ribs on the grill.

  • 1 Rack Smithfield Extra Tender Fresh Pork St. Louis Style Ribs
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1/3 Cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder


  1. Combine the Honey, Mustard Lemon Juice, Olive Oil and Garlic Powder in a bowl.

  2. Slather Honey Mustard all over the ribs.  Wrap ribs in cling wrap and let sit for one hour.

  3. Cook on grill, using indirect heat for 4-5 hours or until internal temperature is 190 degrees. Apply more Honey Mustard once an hour during cooking process.
