  • 1 package of MorningStar Farms® Popcorn Chik’n
  • Hoagie Bread or french baguette
  • 1 head of Butter Lettuce
  • 1 ripe Red Tomato
  • 1/4 cup of Coleslaw I used store-bought but you can make your own if you’d like.
  • 2 tbsp Ranch Dressing
  • Green Onions to taste


  1. Preheat oven and follow cooking instructions on the back of the box of MorningStar Farms® Popcorn Chik’n.
  2. Slice the roll to open it up like a sandwich.
  3. Place butter lettuce, tomato and then coleslaw on the bottom portion.
  4. Put 8-10 pieces of MorningStar Farms® Popcorn Chik’n on top of the vegetable.
  5. Drizzle the ranch dressing on top of the Chik’n
  6. Sprinkle with Green Onions
