Air Fryer Oreos

We all love the State Fair, but we sure don't like the guilt. Now you can have one of my favorite State Fair Treats without all the guilt! These Air Fryer Oreos are dipped in a light and sweet Bisquick Pancake Batter and Air Fried to perfection! Slightly crispy on the outside and soft and sweet inside, they are just as delicious with just a fraction of the oil. Oh yeah, and I used Mega Stuffed Oreos for this recipe because.... well.... MEGA STUFFED! Why not?

Ingredients

  • 6 Oreos I used Mega Stuffed
  • 1 1/2 Cup Bisquick Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Powdered Sugar for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 350 degrees

  2. Follow directions on the back of a Bisquick Box for the "ultimate" pancakes. Mixing together the Bisquick, milk, eggs, sugar, baking powder, vegetable oil and vanilla extract.

  3. Line Air Fryer Basket with Parchment Paper.

  4. Dip each Oreo in the pancake batter. Let the excess batter drip back into the bowl.

  5. Place in Air Fryer basket at last one inch away from each other.

  6. Cook for 4-5 minutes, until tops of cookies start to become golden brown.

  7. Garnish with Powdered Sugar and serve immediately.

    Air Fryer Oreos served for dessert with a glass of milk.
