I wanted to share this quick and easy recipe to make the perfect treat for this Easter season. These easy Easter egg Rice Krispie treats will be a hit either around the house or at your Easter themed get together. You can make these with your kids and everyone will have a blast decorating them.
What You Will Need To Make Easter Egg Rice Krispie Treats
- Butter
- mini-marshmallows
- Rice Krispies
- Cooking Spray
- White Chocolate Bark
- Plastic Easter Eggs
- Any other icing or sprinkles you want to add
These Easter treats are easy, fun and super yummy! They are a perfect afternoon craft with your kids or an awesome recipe to bring to an Easter party, pitch-in or potluck. Who doesn’t love Rice Krispie Treats?
Easter Egg Rice Krispie Treats

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 1 bag of mini-marshmallows 10.5 oz bag
- 5 cups of Rice Krispies
- White Chocolate Bark
- Plastic Easter Eggs
- Any other icing or sprinkles you want to add!
Instructions

Before beginning to make the Rice Krispie mixture, prepare your eggs. You will need to wash and rinse the plastic eggs and then spray them with cooking spray.

Melt the butter and the Marshmallows in a large saucepan or kettle. Once fully melted, add the 6 cups of Rice Krispies. Stir this mixture thoroughly. Stuff the mixture into your eggs.

Once your mixture is in the eggs, just let them sit for a couple hours.

After they have cooled and firmed up, it is time to start decorating. Put down some wax paper and get out whatever icing you want. We melted a bar of white chocolate and we had some other Easter themed icing and sprinkles as well. We let our kids go to town on the eggs, drizzling them with the icing and putting the sprinkles on. Have fun with this, you really can’t go wrong here!
