Air Fryer Vegetables Galore
I’ve been having a blast with my Air Fryer lately. Once I discovered that you could Air Fry your vegetables, it was ON! I’ve always loved roasted vegetables! Putting a light coat of olive oil and some special seasonings on them before putting them in your Air Fryer is a whole new type of awesome! I’ve gone through the whole vegetable family with Air Fryer Asparagus, Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts, Air Fryer Carrots and Air Fryer Broccoli. I’ve even gotten a little fancy and made these Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts with Maple Glaze. They were phenomenal. A little sweet.. a little salty… oh man, the memories!
Air Fryer Cauliflower
So now, it is on to Air Fryer Cauliflower. I’ve already shared a recipe for Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower and it is one of my most popular posts. It is a great alternative to traditional fried buffalo wings. So, just in case you love Air Fried Cauliflower as much as I do, but aren’t a fan of spicy foods, I thought I add this recipe. This dish gets rid of the buffalo sauce and treats the cauliflower with just a few of my favorite spices to give them a little zest!
What Is An Air Fryer?
In case your wondering what all this talk about Air Fryers is, let me get you in the loop! And Air Fryer is a small kitchen appliance that is able to give you “fried food” results with very little (or no) oil. Thus, less saturated fat and less guilt! By quickly moving, super heated air moving over your food, you can get that crispy outside and tender inside we all love from deep fried foods.
I have two Air Fryers. The first is a Ninja Foodi, which is pretty awesome because it can also pressure cook your food:
The next one is my Black+Decker Air Fryer. This one is a lot less expensive than the Ninja Foodi. It certainly isn’t as fancy and there is no pressure cooking going on here. But it works great and is a great one to start out on:

Notes and Advice
With some Air Fryer Vegetables, you have to be a little careful with the time and temperature you cook at. This is especially true with Broccoli. Broccoli can be easy to burn because there are very thin parts to it and much thicker parts. It’s hard to cook all the way through. But Cauliflower is much more forgiving. But, like with all things the Air Fryer, just keep an eye on it. My two Air Fryers will cook the exact same ingredients a little differently even if I put them at identical settings.
This Air Fryer Cauliflower has the perfect amount of zest to be eaten just as they are! But you could also dip them in ranch or even some Buffalo sauce is you want just a little bit of heat.
I hope you enjoy this recipe. Please let me know how it turned out for you in the comments!
