Now that football season is underway, I am always looking for some great snacks and appetizers to munch on while I am watching the action. Sure, I’ve got a lot of delicious Tailgating Recipes and Game Day Appetizers to munch on, but sometimes I’m looking for something just a little healthier. This is where the Air Fryer comes in handy!
What is an Air Fryer?
If you haven’t already jumped on the Air Fryer train, let me tell you all about it. An Air Fryer is a small kitchen appliance that uses very hot, fast moving air to cook food. This results in food tasting like it has been traditionally fried but using usually just a very small amount of oil. So you get that crispy outside and tender inside without all the guilt! They are light, small and easy to use and store. They fit right on your counter top and are simple to slip back in your pantry or cupboard when not in use. Some of my favorite recipes are Air Fryer Beef Fried Rice and these Honey Sriracha Air Fryer Chicken Wings. But there are a ton of other great recipes too!
